Jurisdiction & Eligibility

Restricted jurisdictions.

Bayocean does not treat incorporation in Saint Lucia as permission to market or provide leveraged FX/CFD services in every country. Client eligibility is assessed using jurisdiction, KYC/AML, sanctions and local-law controls.

Eligibility is conditional. This page reflects Bayocean's conservative jurisdiction policy. It is not a statement that services are legally available in every country not listed as prohibited.

Three-level control framework

The framework separates locations that Bayocean treats as prohibited, locations requiring specific legal approval before active marketing/onboarding, and all other locations that remain subject to normal eligibility and compliance controls.

Tier 1 — ProhibitedUnited States and U.S. territories; Canada; Iran; North Korea; Cuba; Syria; Sudan; South Sudan; Russia; Belarus; Afghanistan; Myanmar; Libya; Somalia; Yemen; sanctioned or terrorism-designated persons/entities; and any country where legal advice determines the service may not lawfully be offered.
Tier 2 — Legal reviewEU/EEA; United Kingdom; Australia; New Zealand; Japan; Singapore; Hong Kong; Israel; Switzerland; UAE; FATF high-risk or increased-monitoring jurisdictions; and other locations where local licensing/marketing rules require specific review.
Tier 3 — ConditionalOther locations are not automatically approved. Eligibility remains subject to KYC/AML, sanctions, residency, product eligibility, risk controls and applicable local law.
How controls apply

Website access is not account eligibility.

Viewing Bayocean's public website does not mean a person is eligible to open or operate a live account.

RegistrationCountry/residency information is checked before or during onboarding.
KYC / AMLIdentity, sanctions, PEP and other risk controls may affect eligibility.
MarketingActive marketing may be restricted even where passive website access is technically possible.
ChangesBayocean may update its jurisdiction controls when law, sanctions, risk appetite or service capability changes.

Important notice

This policy is designed as a conservative operating control and does not replace country-specific legal advice. A jurisdiction not named in Tier 1 is not represented as legally approved. Final positive-market eligibility should be supported by Bayocean's legal and compliance review.
